Ava is still waking up during the night, sitting up and needing us to lay her back down. I really hope she either stops sitting up in the middle of the night or learns to lay back down on her own! Last night she only woke up once, which was far better than the night before!
After Papa left for work this morning, we got busy with our little routine. After breakfast and watching Four Square (her favourite show) she began getting very grumpy. It was pretty early in the day for a nap, but she was getting more and more miserable. We went for a nap and she slept for an hour and a half! Guess I was wrong about it being too early!
The rest of the day consisted of eating snacks and lunch, playing with various toys, sharing hugs and kisses, and playing with (aka harrassing) Earl. She truly loves her little puppy! Whenever she sees him again after not seeing him for a bit, she immediately says his name, "Earl!" It's so cute! One of her other new tricks that she is slowly perfecting is once she is standing, she lets go of her support and continues to just stand there! It is so neat/weird to see her standing on her own! I'm sure before too long she will be getting up and taking a few steps all on her own, too!
