Ava still cries every morning when I drop her off at Denise's, but I am reassured that she stops moments after I leave. Denise always gives me a little update in the afernoon when I come to pick Ava up, and it sounds like she is getting more and more comfortable every day. Today she was giving Densie hugs while Denise was trying to eat her lunch, and tickling her neck at the same time! Denise said she was laughing, which caused Ava to laugh too! It's nice to know that Ava is having fun, but I still miss her a ton while I'm away.
Today when I came to pick up Ava, she was swinging in the outdoor swing and the one of the other little boys who is three (I'm sure he reminds Ava of Jacques because this little boy is a sweetie, too) was playing on a swing teeter-totter. She appeared to be having a lot of fun, but once she saw me, she wanted out of that swing! It is such a great feeling when she is excited to see me at the end of the day! I hope she always does that! :>
I'm glad Ava is having fun at Denise's, but is happy to come home with her Maman and Papa!
