Ava has had a runny nose for the last couple of days, and yesterday I started to feel the aches and pains of a cold setting in, too. I knew our good luck had to come to an end sooner rather than later in the catching cold department, but with the weather warming up (10 degrees Celcius today!) it's such a yukky time to be sick!
After a day of lounging around, being sick, and watching far too much Playhouse Disney DVDs, I've decided that tomorrow we are doing something outside! My thoughts are go for a walk to our local library, get Ava a library card and take out some new to us books! Ava loves reading, so why not make good use of a plethora of free French books within walking distance of our house!
There is also a Bugs Bunny art exhibit at the WAG (Winnipeg Art Gallery) that is featuring a family day tomorrow, and seeing as how we have a huge Looney Tunes fan living in our house, it might be really fun to check out! Colds or not - I'm getting out of the house tomorrow! :)
