"Papa!"

Ava is making sure her papa is around these days. She makes sure he is never too far away, within eyesight, and wakes up in the night calling out for him. It kind of makes me giggle a bit into my pillow, because I don't have to wake up!

The potty progress Ava had been making has come to a screeching halt. She is no longer wanting to sit on her potty, and we are not forcing her to for fear of her not wanting to go at all! I'm sure in a few days she will get back on the potty and make continue to make us proud!

We had one of my work's family Christmas party this morning, and Ava seemed to enjoy the morning. It was very crowded, so I think that intimidated her a little, but she still did well. Once back at home, she played downstairs with papa and Alix while Samuel and I made home made pretzels. Not bad for a first try ever!

I think we will try to get some pictures with Santa done this week, in preparation for holidays which are only four weeks away!
